The CHCF after-school at PS/MS 279 got involved! in the Reading Across America Day! This is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on March 2nd, Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Our children had a special evening while the youth read aloud Dr. Seuss stories to 137 elementary students. They had a great time and received incentives, pencils, bookmarks and delicious snacks!
