Fernando Accame is a Managing Director and Variable Lead at the New York City office of Jones Lang LaSalle. Fernando’s overall responsibility is to develop and implement a strategic growth plan for Variable PDS in NYC to develop successful, diverse and inclusive teams. Fernando’s role focuses on the client experience, consistently delivering tailored solutions by leveraging the JLL platform across business lines.

Fernando has 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Fernando managed all project phases across nationwide real estate portfolios for clients in various sectors – Commercial, Technology and Investors. These included new construction and turnkey retrofits involving lighting, HVAC, generators, and smart technologies for kitchen and research facilities.
